Rachel’s career spans leadership roles at companies both large and speedy. On the Senior Leadership team at IBM Design, she helped scale design thinking globally, opening 29 global design studios in one year and achieving a 301% ROI (Forrester). As VP at Leap Motion, she led go-to-market efforts to bring physical interaction to augmented and virtual reality—the harbinger of today’s gestural interfaces.
