Attendee Guide

October 8–12, 2026 · Son’s Blue River Camp · Kingsbury, TX

Everything you need to arrive prepared and step fully into the container. For quick answers, see our FAQ. Here is how to come ready.

The full schedule: SolarPunk Summit 2026 Public Schedule. Times may shift as the lineup locks in.

Before you come, know this

  • Bring your own bowl and reusable utensils. These are not provided on-site.
  • Bring 5 to 10 pounds of fresh organic produce, or a cash donation, for the community kitchen.
  • Sign the venue waiver before you arrive, including one for each child: app.waiverelectronic.com/render/splash/Blue-River-Camp
  • No alcohol is sold at the Summit, and we discourage bringing it.
Arrival and Check-In

Check-in opens Thursday, October 8 at 11:00 AM. When you arrive, come to registration first and get checked in. If you have booked accommodations, you will be shown to your lodging from there. Everyone else, head to the appropriate parking area, either one-day parking or full-event parking, unload your things, and set up your space.

Before you arrive, every attendee must sign the venue waiver, including one for each child accompanying you: app.waiverelectronic.com/render/splash/Blue-River-Camp

At 3:00 PM on Thursday we gather for our Opening Ceremony and Prayer. This is the moment we set the foundation for the entire weekend. If you feel the call to anchor your vibration and offer your prayers for what this container will become, this is the time. What we set here holds everyone who arrives in the days that follow. Come early enough to be part of it.

How the Community Kitchen Works

Our kitchen is tended by friends of the Summit, and meals are prepared fresh throughout the event by three chefs joining us on the land. There are no meal tickets. When food is ready, come to the kitchen and eat.

Kitchen access comes with your food donation: bring 5 to 10 pounds of fresh organic produce, or make a cash donation. Sign up for what you are bringing here: Community Kitchen Food Sign-Up.

Please bring your own bowl and reusable utensils. We are not providing them on-site, and this is true whether you hold a full pass or a single-day pass. Come prepared to eat from what you bring.

Food and Water on the Land

Beyond the community kitchen, you will find food and drink from our on-site vendors: Infinite Elements Cafe and Coconuts & Cacao.

Potable water is available on-site, provided by Perry of Awakkened Waters. Give him a follow and some love on Instagram: @th3perrydigmshift.

Showers and Accommodations

Shower trailers are available on-site for everyone. Two of the four trailers are held for accommodation holders until noon each day; after noon, all trailers are open to all.

Shaded car camping is $150 for the full event. This is the premium camping area close in on the grounds, and it covers your vehicle, so no separate parking pass is needed. All other vehicles park in the designated parking areas and need a parking pass.

Pets

We love pets, and they have been part of SolarPunk Summit every year. Please note the venue charges a $75 pet penalty.

Our Container: Agreements for the Land

SolarPunk Summit is a space we build together, and how we show up shapes it for everyone.

Please do not bring single-use plastics. We are caring for this land, and we keep it clean together.

No alcohol is sold at Solarpunk Summit, and we discourage bringing it.

You are responsible for the consciousness you bring to SolarPunk Summit. We hold a zero-tolerance standard when it comes to the safety of our community: if the way you are engaging with any mind-altering substance puts others at risk, you will be asked to leave. We say this not to police your experience, but because we care about the integrity and safety of what we are creating together.

Monday is Emergence Day

For four days, we curate the container. On Monday, we step back, and we hand the final day to you. The creators, builders, and visionaries of the new world shape the experience themselves. This is where the Summit becomes truly participatory: the future is not presented to you, it is built by you. Come ready to create.

Bring Something for the Container

The Love Dimension is built by all of us. If you have any of these to share or lend, bring them:

  • Water fountains for the Water Temple
  • Non-flame fire decorations (flicker lamps, flame effects, art) for the Fire Temple
  • Long draping fabrics in blues, teals, purples, gold, silver, and iridescent for the Main Stage
  • Potted plants, hanging or ground, for the Earth Temple
  • Books to share with the community lending library in the Homeostasis Hub
  • Windchimes and fluttery things for the Air Temple
  • Mycelium art, sculptures, tapestries, and lanterns for the Homeostasis Hub
  • Rugs, pillows, and squish for the Homeostasis Hub

Add what you are bringing to the Community Resource Stewardship sheet so we know it is coming.

Volunteer With Us

Want to put your hands into the making of it? If you are 100% certain you will be available for your shift, we welcome the support. Claim a shift on the volunteer schedule: SPS 2026 Volunteer Schedule.
