From humble beginnings in Southern New York surprisingly was raised on 70's classic rock & 90's hip hop, his upbringing was a sandwich of musical contrast. From winning local talent shows to saturating himself in the local music culture, his formative years laid the foundation for his musical journey.  

Equipped with undying ambition, and spectacular composition skills  - after high school he found himself on a crazy road trip for the world's music capital Austin, TX.

After moving to Austin, one ecstatic Halloween night, Daniel witnessed a UFO encounter. Equally astonished & inspired, he channeled this energy into a fresh sound named after the brightest star in the northern hemisphere, "Arcturus". Following this, he performed at several outdoor festivals, beginning to build momentum as a DJ getting regular bookings at Elysium Nightclub & other notable clubs. With over a dozen events in the bag in Austin, he felt a calling to Nevada City, CA., There, Arcturus began releasing original music on Merkaba Music.

Establishing his footing in the Nevada City scene, he performed at Elixart several times including the "After Glow" festival. Since then, he's opened for hard hitter Antennae at Stone House which awarded an extra boost in confidence to expand his performance potential.

Within the next few years,, he intends to share his music all over the world through a tarot-based cosmic theater activating sacred sites & enrich beautiful souls.
