Allen is in the Natural Foods Industry-Retail Team Leader/Buyer. He's also an organic gardener/composter and neighborhood activist. Allen saw the need to divert good food from the landfill into food insecure neighborhoods. He began the non-profit Save the Food.

Save the Food is now moving approx 7000 pounds of food a week!
